Dominique Lacasa — "Christmas – The Concert"
On 14 December 2025, Dominique Lacasa brought her programme "Christmas – The Concert" to Studio Wandlitz. Many knew her through the songs of "Weihnachten in Familie" — that legendary album that has accompanied generations through the Advent season and, with over 1.7 million copies sold and platinum and gold certifications, has long since become a cultural icon.
That afternoon she wove familiar melodies together with new songs — authentic, intimate and full of feeling. Accompanied by live music, atmospheric projections and her unmistakable voice, she created a touching evening poised between tradition and the present day, for audiences of all generations. Gerhard Schöne
On 6 December 2025, Gerhard Schöne came to Studio Wandlitz — one of Germany's best-known singer-songwriters, who has moved generations with his voice and lyrics for more than four decades. He performed two programmes on a single Advent Saturday:
Family Concert "From A to Z" · Doors 3:00 pm
An afternoon full of music, humour and heart — for children, parents and grandparents alike. Across 26 songs, Schöne guides the audience through the alphabet, from well-loved classics to new, imaginative discoveries. Whether "Auto von Lucio", "Opa's Boot" or "Zauberlied" — each piece is a little journey through Schöne's musical world.
Solo Evening "I Spy with My Little Eye" · Doors 7:00 pm
That evening, Gerhard Schöne invited audiences on a poetic voyage of discovery with his solo programme — featuring songs spanning 40 years of his work. It's about perspectives, about wonder, about rediscovering what matters in everyday life. Sometimes quiet, sometimes wry, always honest and deeply moving.

Artist Biographies
Thomas Platt (born 1952 in Eberbach am Neckar) Platt achieves a remarkable synthesis by compressing the regularities of a broad spectrum of expression, structure and material into a densely concentrated form. In the series "Conversation Breakthrough", objects recede behind the conversation itself, which becomes the aesthetic content. In the drawings especially, disorder and order are united; within an apparently abstract chaos of shapes and colours, anchor points emerge that call randomness into question. In the series "Archetypes of Fear", the shells of consumerism are deconstructed through their volume; the sculptures imitate relics from the end of civilisation. (Dietmar Goellner)
Falko Warmt (born 1938 in Gera) What immediately stands out is the idiosyncratic use of colour — bold, expressive, atmospheric. On closer inspection, an encoded visual language reveals itself: a characteristic system of numbers, letter sequences, heads, animal figures, grids and silhouettes that engages with the condition of our environment. Warmt brings a sense of elegance to both his painterly and sculptural works. His sculptures are built from everyday found objects — cardboard, machine parts, timber, wire — which he paints and welds together into metamorphic forms. Work titles such as "Restwelt" (Residual World), "Die Luft wird knapp" (The Air Is Running Out), "Vermesser" (Surveyor) and "Orakel" (Oracle) offer a glimpse into his thinking. (Dr. Hendrikje Warmt, 2018)
Peter Krüger The art movement "Fundminimalismus", founded by Krüger in the early 2000s, focuses exclusively on the interplay between humans and nature and its consequences for the environment. The aim is to make the obvious even more obvious and to invite viewers to reflect on their own relationship with the environment and nature.
Henry Stöcker (born 1954 in Bergen) German sculptor. Initially studied biology in Rostock, then switched to sculpture at the Kunsthochschule Weißensee in 1985, graduating in 1992, followed by a NaFöG scholarship from the Berlin Senate. Awards include "Oltre il muro" (1990) and TAKIFUJI-BJUTSUSHOU; in 1997 he won first prize for public art in Karow-Nord. His sculptures convey order through rigorous simplicity and minimalism; his background in biology is evident in their organic forms. Ulrich Kavka describes them as "a strict composition in spatial and conceptual ambition".
Helmut Rauch Rauch explores the experiential realm of seeing and uses painting to calibrate his perception. Inspired by Franz Gertsch, he discovered American photorealism. He integrates the tradition of naturalistic representation (Bellotto/Canaletto, Corot, Church, Vallotton, Cook, Welliver, Becker) and employs photography as an instrument of perception, with an impressionistic and at times expressive use of colour. Since 2006 he has focused primarily on painting; his subjects include portraits, seascapes and Italian church interiors. He works mainly with acrylic on cotton, and alternatively with tempera.
Horst Leifer (1935–2002) German painter, known for figurative and landscape works in a hyperrealistic style. Born into a mining family in Silesia, he moved after the war to Langenau near Freiberg. He worked as a miner until 1960, then studied at the HfBK Dresden under Paul Michaelis, graduating in 1966; he subsequently worked as a freelance painter and restorer. In 1972 he moved to Sanz near Greifswald, where he formed a friendship with Otto Niemeyer-Holstein. He received the Bautzener Kunstpreis in 2001. His late work includes the series of self-portraits "Letzte Selbstprüfung" (exhibited posthumously in 2003).
